ಹರಿಹರ ನಗರಸಭೆಯು ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಕುಂದುಕೊರತೆ ವಿಭಾಗದ (ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ) ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಆಸಕ್ತ ಅರ್ಹ ಸರ್ಕಾರೇತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ವಿವರವಾದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಸಕ್ತರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಕೆ.ನೆಲವಡಿ _{ಕೆ.ಎಂ.ಎ.ಸ್} ಪೌರಾಯುಕ್ತರು, ನಗರಸಭೆ, ಹರಿಹರ ಇವರೀಂದ ಕಛೇರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಟೆಂಡರುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಹತೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಮಾಪನಮಾಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಬಿಡ್ಡರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜನ ದರ	ರೂ.500 (ರೂ. ಐದುನೂರು ಮಾತ್ರ)ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗದ ಡಿ.ಡಿ./ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನ ಚೆಕ್ ಅಥವಾ ನಗರಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದುರ ಮೊಲಕ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು.

Harihar is one of 57 Karnataka cities in the Nirmala Nagara - Municipal eGovernance project. Now 57 cities have got a comprehensive website as well as the Public Grievance & Redressal module. Other important modules to be launched by June 2006 are Property Tax, Financial Accounting GIS Mapping, Birth & Death Certification, and Ward Works. Nirmala Nagara project is a partnership between the Urban Development Dept, eGovernments Foundation & Survey of India. These computer based systems coupled with Govt. process re-engineering and GIS digital mapping will provide transparency and accountability and smoother delivery of services to citizens of Karnataka. Harihar is a city located in the Indian state of Karnataka. Harihar also spelled Hari-hara, in Hinduism, a syncretic deity, combining the two major gods, Vishnu (Hari) and Siva (Hara). Images of Harihara (also known as Sambhu-Visnu and Sankara-Narayana, variants of the names of the two gods) began to appear in the classicalperiod after sectarian
movements, which elevated one god as supreme over the others, had waned sufficiently for efforts at compromise to be attempted.

City Budget: The annual budget of the CMC for the year 2006-07 is Rs. 1134 lakhs . Out of which 99 lakhs is proposed for capital expenses, Rs. 140 lakhs towards Repairs and Maintenance, Rs. 425 lakhs towards New works and Rs. 35 lakhs towards the welfare of SC/ST . Click here for City Finances
